              Our consignors are the best! They help us provide the best for our kids at significant savings. 
If you are interested in becoming a Consignor,
here are  some of our guidelines:
            
 
Do high prices make your head hurt?
At KIDS CLOSET, you can recoup some of your investment and take advantage of our many bargains. 
 
 
 
 
If you have not purchased or consigned with us in the past,  please visit our store to look at our quality and pricing. 
      

WHAT WE ACCEPT:

  • Clothing, infant to size 16, boys and girls (torn tags, permanent names or defaced labels bring in a lower price)
  • Accessories, e.g. bookbags, purses, scarve
  • Baby Equipment, e.g. cribs, swings, play yards, etc.
  • Toys (Brand name only, Fisher Price, Baby Einstein, Disney, etc). 

GUIDELINES FOR ACCEPTABLE ITEMS:

  • Clothing must be "rack ready".
  • Freshly laundered and odor free.
  • Excellent condition-no signs of wear, e.g. pilling, stains, lint, dog hair, etc)
  • Clothing should be folded or on hangers.
  • Sets MUST be matched. You will receive a better price if the customer knows what goes together.
  • Please have buttons buttoned and zippers zipped.
  • Shoes need to be clean with no signs of wear/scuffs or dirt.
  • Toys must have all parts attached and tagged. No small pieces and no $1.00 store items.

        Batteries are a plus but not necessary.

  • MANUALS ARE ALWAYS APPRECIATED for any of the items.

WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

  • Car Seats.
  • Stuffed Animals (Excepton: Popular electronic toys and collectibles, i.e. TY products)
  • Toys with small parts or broken pieces. Must be clean and in working condition.
  • Underwear, bras, etc.
  • Infant feeding supplies, i.e. breast pump, bottles, nipples, training cups. Some items are accepted if they are new and unopened. 
  • Clothing and shoes that do not meet our standards.

 

 

When deciding what to bring, please remember we are a resale shop, not a thrift store.  We only accept the BEST. 

 

We strive to make your shopping and consigning experience enjoyable!   

 

A few notes regarding consigning with us........

 

 We accept consignments during normal business hours 

      
1.   Please LIMIT the amount of clothing brought in each time. This will allow all of our consignors the opportunity to sell. lA good measure is 1 LARGE laundry baskets or 1 whilte kitchen garbage bags.
 
 2.  Put clothing neatly folded in garbage bags to avoid wrinkles.. Do not just stuff them into the bag.

 

3.Sizes 12-16: It has been our experience that these sizes sell if they are popular or trendy brands, e.g. Tommy Hillfiger, A&F, Ralph Lauren, etc.

 

4. Consigners choosing to reclaim items not acceptable will be charged $5. per calendar year.
